Out of hours vs Voice mail

One of the cool features of We Call You Now is the ability to set an "out of hours" message. It even allows you to capture an email address. But is this the best thing to do?

Many of our clients are now finding, that even out of hours it is best to let the system call your prospect and have it answered on your end by voice mail. Why is this?
  1. They experience the speed and efficiency of the tool
  2. They hear your message and can leave one as well
  3. Even if they don't leave a message the system records their phone number in the logs and you can still call them back

Many clients of WCYN are now taking this approach and it is yielding very positive results. Why don't you try it, test it and measure the results?
