Call issuesTo all our users across Australia. Recently we have been struggling with call quality due to various reasons. First, our telco provider upgraded equipment and had implementation challenges. There have been floods in Melbourne that knocked out some of the exchanges. And believe it or not, a individual went on a rampage with a tank and knocked over four telco towers in Sydney.All this and more has been a challenge for us but we are working hard to restore both call quality and reliability. Sorry for any inconveniences. |
