Call quality updateIn our last post we explained some of the issues that were affecting call quality with our "click to call" service. We are happy to announce that we have secured an alternative Telco supplier and initial tests for all of SE Asia are very promising.To insure that the degradation does not occur again we are putting in place a back up provider so that we can change providers in hours and not the days and week long delays we have experienced in the past. With severe competition between providers and a changing market place, redundancy is now a high priority for us and we have used the backup strategy to achieve our goal of business grade quality calls.
