Solve one issue and another one creeps up.

In our last post we discussed our strategies to combat Telco supplier degradation. We have implemented that solution and now have a 100% redundant system. All was looking good until we had a hardware failure in our Sydney POP.

Sometimes it is hard to win. Okay, we have routed traffic through our Frankfurt POP as we fix the Sydney issue. Call quality is great but there can be some "lag" in the conversations. You fix one issue and another one takes its place.

This is a priority for us and the whole team is working to resolve the hardware issues, ASAP.
